Rahe Sevvom Parsian Commercial Engineering Company holds a network-marketing business license under the executive bylaw of the Note to Article 87 of the Trade Union System Law, and has no affiliation with any other governmental or non-governmental body or organisation. Purchases of goods or services referred to other websites have no legal standing and are not covered by this plan.

Steps for issuing a business license to network-marketing companies

  1. 1The applicant (a legal entity) visits the trade-union portal at iranianasnaf.ir and files the initial request along with identity information
  2. 2Registering the product list and the income plan on the site
  3. 3Review and response to the applicant by the union within a maximum of 15 days of filing the request
  4. 4Uploading the documents of Article 7 of the bylaw to the trade-union portal within 3 months of the initial request's approval
  5. 5Simultaneous verification of the documents by the union
  6. 6Registering the company as a private joint-stock company with network marketing as its business purpose, after receiving the letter of introduction from the committee secretariat
  7. 7Launching the company website in accordance with Article 26 of the bylaw
  8. 8Issuance of the network-marketing business license by Iran's Center for Trade Unions and Merchants Affairs, once the file is complete and the supervisory committee has approved
