Important Warning Regarding the Misuse of Ms. Zohreh Bagheri's Name and License

1404/07/08 12:18

We inform the general public that:
over the past two years, opportunistic and anonymous individuals online (on Instagram, Telegram channels, WhatsApp, Eitaa, Rubika, and other social networks) have misused the reputation and network-marketing business license of Rah-e Sevom Parsian Trading Company (ISIC code: 09120144) as well as the identity documents of the company's CEO, Ms. Zohreh Bagheri (National ID: 0062820206), to create fake pages and deceptive advertisements.

These individuals have committed fraud against the public through false promises including:

  • investments with unrealistic returns,

  • instant loans,

  • matchmaking services,

  • and home-based packaging work,

To date, more than 4,000 complaints have been filed against these individuals with judicial authorities. Although most of these cases have been closed with a non-prosecution ruling due to the lack of direct financial damage to the company, this situation has caused significant problems for the company and the CEO's family.

⚠️ It should be noted that:
Rah-e Sevom Parsian Trading Company and its respected CEO have absolutely no connection to these criminal activities or fake pages, and all such actions constitute fraud.

🔹 We kindly ask the public to:

  1. obtain services or cooperate only through the company's official channels and portals.

  2. never trust unknown individuals or pages on social networks.

  3. immediately report any suspicious cases to the Cyber Police (FATA).

We hope that, with the cooperation of the responsible authorities and public awareness, the activities of these opportunistic individuals can be stopped.

Respectfully,
Rah-e Sevom Parsian Trading Company
