Legal Actions Regarding the Misuse of Ms. Zohreh Bagheri's Name and Reputation

Ms. Zohreh Bagheri (Yekta), with 26 years of experience in technology, business management, and network marketing, and with a track record of founding two successful companies in this field, is recognized as one of the industry's leading and influential entrepreneurs.

In 1387 (2008), she founded the online shopping company Panbeh Rize (PMLM), and later, in 1394 (2015), she established and managed Rah-e Sevom Parsian Trading Engineering Company (Persian Way). Both companies are among the few businesses to have obtained a network-marketing business license from the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.

Under her management, these companies have become known as leaders in the development of network marketing in Iran—upholding high standards, transparency in operations, and creating extensive job opportunities—and have played a key role in advancing this industry.

Through innovation and creative strategies in network marketing, this company has created more than 50 permanent jobs and 700 part-time job opportunities to date, and has played a major role in developing this industry in Iran.

 Nevertheless, opportunistic individuals have forged and unlawfully manipulated information on official websites and copied the company's license in order to gain public trust and abuse it.

In response to these criminal acts, Rah-e Sevom Parsian has filed an official complaint with the Tehran Cybercrime Prosecutor's Office (Investigation Branch 5). The case is being pursued continuously, and every legal means will be used to identify and confront the offenders. Nevertheless, the fraudsters continue their illegal activities by repeatedly changing their channels and groups, a matter that is also under judicial review.
