Obtaining a License for Branches
Pursuant to Circular No. 60/155422 dated 94/07/14 of the Secretariat of the Committee for Supervising Network Marketing Activities, and in implementation of the Note under Clause 6 of Article 7 of the Executive Bylaw of the Note to Article 87 of the Guild System Law, for the establishment of branches and agencies of network marketing companies, it is necessary that, before commencing the above service, the documents and information be submitted online in accordance with the sample form (attached image) to the following address: Tehran - Valiasr Square - Keshavarz Boulevard, opposite Pars Hospital, No. 156, 2nd Floor, Iran Guilds and Traders Center - Secretariat of the Committee for Supervising Network Marketing Activities and Virtual Stores, postal code 1594633518. In-person requests will not be entertained.Accordingly, if the documents are complete in accordance with the regulations, the above license (valid for two months) shall be issued within a maximum of three working days and sent to the companies' fax number or electronic address for the branch's operation.
It is self-evident that if the branch is not officially registered after the expiry of the stipulated period, any activity at the said location shall be unjustified. Furthermore, the dissolution, relocation, and change of the branch manager shall, as applicable, be carried out in compliance with the above provisions.
