• You may act under the title of "Representative" of Persian Way only once you have registered as a representative on the company's website in the registration section, submitted a representation request, and been approved by the company.
• Membership in Persian Way's network marketing is free of charge.
• If, for any reason, you are unable to register on the site, none of Persian Way's staff are authorized to register on your behalf.
• You are required to enter your national ID number correctly at the time of registration. Your unique code at the time of registration is your "national ID number," so be careful when entering it; if it is entered incorrectly, whether intentionally or by mistake, you alone shall be responsible for the consequences, and the company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
• You are required to correctly enter the information requested of you at the time of registration. This information includes identification information for verifying your identity, contact information (home address, telephone, email address, etc.) for the company's communication with you, and also your financial account information for the deposit of commission. Accordingly, if such information is entered incorrectly, whether intentionally or by mistake, responsibility rests with you alone, and the company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
• You undertake, within a period of one working week, to send the contract text in two counterparts, signed and fingerprinted, either in person or by post, to the address of Persian Way's head office. If you fail to send the contract, you alone shall be responsible for the consequences.
• As a representative, if you wish to change your sponsor, you are required to do so within the specified 48-hour period from the time of final registration; otherwise, you must proceed to change your sponsor after selecting the change-sponsor option and the passage of 90 days. You are also permitted to change your sponsor no more than twice a year.
• If, for any reason (termination or penalty), you lose your representative status and return to customer status, you will lose your downline, and they will pass to your sponsor, and you alone shall be responsible for this, and the company shall bear no responsibility in this regard.
• As a Persian Way representative, you are permitted, in addition to receiving commission, to sell the company's products and also to engage in network marketing and network-building activity.
• At Persian Way, no commission whatsoever is paid for recruiting members, and the payment of commission and bonuses is only in respect of the sale of this company's products.
• In order to qualify for receiving the sales organization commission, you must have achieved the required monthly minimum sales amount of 1,000,000 Rials (equal to one hundred thousand Tomans).
• If you have customers, they will be placed at your level one, and the commission rate you receive is 19%.
• The company undertakes to pay commission to network marketing representatives simultaneously, based on Persian Way's "Business Plan."
• The company undertakes to deposit, in cash, all commission and bonuses of each network representative, after full payment for the purchased goods, only into the representative's personal bank account, by the end of the first 5 working days of each solar month, and to announce this on the representative's dedicated page on the company's website following completion of the banking operation.
• You undertake to deposit all sums you pay for the purchase of the company's products only into the company's official account, which is in the name of "Rahe Sevom Parsian Trading Engineering Co."
It is self-evident that responsibility for depositing funds into any account other than the company's account rests with you.
• The account numbers of Rahe Sevom Parsian Trading Engineering Co. (Persian Way) are as follows: Bank Mellat account No. 5431706647, Bank Saman account No. 83271022672001.
• The representative of this company has no right whatsoever, through this contract, whether in combination or separately, and under any title whatsoever, to engage in any misuse, receive money, or sell any other goods to anyone, and has the right only to sell this company's products.
• As a company representative, you undertake to carry out the introduction and marketing of the company's products only to end consumers, and to refrain from direct sales to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and intermediaries.
• There is no mandatory purchasing whatsoever in Persian Way's network marketing, and if observed, it shall be deemed a violation and the offender shall be dealt with.
• You are required to conduct your purchasing activity in accordance with the rules, and if you compel members of the organization to make mandatory purchases, you alone shall be responsible for the resulting consequences.
• The company undertakes that, in the event of the representative's death, all of his/her rights and entitlements shall be paid to his/her legal heirs, and if the contractor has no legal heir, all of the representative's rights and entitlements shall be deposited, on his/her behalf, into charitable accounts.
• The term of the network marketing contract is one year from the time registration as a representative is completed, and thereafter, continuation of activity is subject to renewal of the contract with the company, and the representative undertakes that, after completing registration as a representative and concluding the contract, he/she will commence his/her marketing and product sales activities.
• If, within the term of the contract, the representative is able, in each solar month, to sell 1,000,000 Rials' worth (the condition for qualifying to receive commission) of the company's products through direct sales (retail), the contract shall be automatically renewed for that same month.
• In the event the contract is not renewed, the representative's virtual office shall become inactive, and the representative shall not be able to receive the commissions and bonuses relating to his/her marketing network.
• The representative has a period of one year within which to renew the contract again, and if it is not renewed, the representative's contract shall be permanently terminated and the office shall be deleted.
• The company undertakes to make the training booklets and catalogs necessary for network marketing representatives' work available to the network marketing contractor on the company's website.
• If you wish to obtain promotional materials, you must purchase them online through the website, as ordering by telephone is not possible.
• When introducing products and marketing, you are required to rely only on the information stated on the product packaging, the website, and the company's multimedia (catalog, booklet, photo, audio, video, etc.), and to refrain from providing any other or untrue information (website, blog, or newspaper advertisement) for the purpose of advertising and sales.
• As a Persian Way representative, you are not permitted to give interviews, hold negotiations, or place advertisements with any mass media outlet.
• As a representative, you must observe all of the country's and the company's current rules and regulations, respect and adhere to ethical and Islamic standards, and must not engage in any activity that may result in disrepute to you or the company.
Otherwise, responsibility and its consequences shall rest with you, and the company shall bear no responsibility in this regard as an employer.
• Statutory deductions are your responsibility, and the company, after deducting the statutory amount from your commission, will pay it to the relevant authorities. The rate announced by the Iranian National Tax Administration is 3%.
• Invoices are subject to value-added tax under the law, and the invoice amount must be paid after calculating the value-added tax. The value-added tax rate is 9%.
• If the contractor is, according to the legal authorities, a person barred from conducting transactions or under prosecution, the company shall, upon becoming aware of this matter, terminate the contract unilaterally and without prior notice.
• You are required to attend all of the company's meetings and seminars in order to enhance your information and become familiar with the company's new products and sales strategies, and to keep yourself regularly informed of the latest news and information through the company's website; it is self-evident that responsibility for not being aware of the latest news rests with you.
• A representative is not permitted to recruit a member or members of another representative's organization. This shall be deemed a violation and the offender shall be dealt with.
• If you proceed to establish a dedicated office with the company's authorization, you undertake to carry out, for yourself and your office and administrative staff, all rules and regulations under Article 13 of the Labor Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Article 38 of the Social Security Law.
It is self-evident that responsibility for failing to fulfill these obligations shall rest with you.
• Representatives shall not have the right to donate, sell, assign, or transfer their distributorship rights to others, unless they have written authorization from the company and from the direct sponsor of their downline.
• If you are active in one network marketing company, you may not be active in any other company, and you must first complete the process of withdrawing your activity from the initial company and then register with the new company.
• Representatives, in their capacity as sponsors, are required to support their downline and make every effort for the advancement of their group and organization.
• The delivery time for goods will vary depending on the delivery method you select; therefore, when choosing the delivery method, please pay attention to the stated delivery time.
