Necessary Criteria for Including Goods in the Sales Basket of Network Marketing Companies
Pursuant to the Note to Article (9) of the Bylaw on the Note to Article (87) of the Guild System Law, all network marketing companies are required, within three working days before listing the specifications of the goods offered on their website, in accordance with Article (27) of the said Bylaw, to submit the following documents to the Secretariat of the Committee referred to in Article 15 of the Bylaw:
1. Catalog of high-consumption products as defined in Clause (f) of Article (1) of the Executive Bylaw;
2. Manufacturing license or sales representation agreement with the domestic or foreign manufacturer;
1.2- The agreement with the foreign manufacturer or its representative must be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the country of origin;
2.2- The text of the agreement must contain a complete description of the goods, the trade name, and the manufacturer's or importer's commitment to observe the pricing regulations for the goods;
3. Cost estimate table for the company's manufactured and imported goods;
4. Goods import license (customs green slip) for imported goods;
5. An undertaking to accept the consequences arising from failure to observe the pricing regulations for the company's manufactured and imported goods.
